Areas Served Across the Las Vegas Valley

Kevin Grigoryan represents buyers, sellers, and investors across the entire Las Vegas Valley. Below is a plain-language overview of the cities and major master-planned communities he works in โ€” focused on the practical features of each area, not on who should or shouldn't live there.

Las Vegas (City of Las Vegas)

Las Vegas covers a wide footprint and includes everything from older, established neighborhoods near downtown to newer construction in the northwest. Buyers looking for character, larger lots, or proximity to the urban core often start here.

Henderson

Henderson sits to the southeast of Las Vegas and is one of the fastest-growing cities in Nevada. It's known for newer master-planned communities, strong municipal services, and an extensive parks system. Major communities include Green Valley, Anthem, Inspirada, Cadence, and Lake Las Vegas.

North Las Vegas

North Las Vegas has seen significant new construction, particularly in Aliante and along the I-15 corridor. It's often a strong fit for buyers prioritizing newer homes at competitive price points.

Summerlin

Summerlin is the largest master-planned community in the Valley, spanning the western edge against Red Rock Canyon. It includes dozens of villages with their own price tiers, schools, and amenities โ€” from entry-level single-family homes to custom estates in The Ridges and The Summit.

Centennial Hills

Centennial Hills is in the northwest Valley and offers a mix of established and newer neighborhoods, with easy access to the 215 beltway and US-95.

Spring Valley

Spring Valley sits west of the Strip and includes a wide range of housing styles โ€” from condos and townhomes to single-family homes in gated communities like Spanish Trail and Rhodes Ranch.

Other communities Kevin actively works in

  • Mountain's Edge (southwest)
  • Skye Canyon (far northwest)
  • Southern Highlands (south)
  • Providence (northwest)
  • Tuscany Village (Henderson)
  • MacDonald Ranch (Henderson)

Picking an area

Most buyers don't pick a community on the first call โ€” they narrow down after touring two or three. Kevin's approach is to start with your commute, school requirements, and total monthly budget, then match those against communities that actually deliver. If a community doesn't fit, he'll say so.
